Frankie answered and let us know the car was available. We drove there and from the second we got out of the car, he took complete care of us. Where but in America does a person (Sales Member) hand you the keys to a multi-thousand dollar vehicle and say, "Let's take it for a spin and kick the tires," for only a hand shake and valid drivers license? Working with Roger was great I truly shop cars. When I hit a lot I have an idea what I'm looking for but I never buy on impulse. Roger was able to understand what I was looking for and say, "On the lot I've got X Y and Z and if you don't like those we can check inventory." After I picked my new/used Ford Fusion Roger worked with my busy schedule and made closing the deal simple and around my hectic schedule - Thanks again Roger!! I'll be back. More
