Transparent and friendly Frankie was very down to earth and personable. He showed us the cars we were interested in, suggested a few others (in our price range) and then let u Frankie was very down to earth and personable. He showed us the cars we were interested in, suggested a few others (in our price range) and then let us look at them and test drive them. He never pressured us into buying, and suggested we come back the next day to go home and think about it. After we narrowed it down to a few, he helped us point out the flaws with the car, not trying to spring anything on us. Then, because of the things that were pointed out, he discounted the price to help cover the small things we would have to do to the car. I was completely satisfied with my service and will probably buy from him again. More

From a woman's point of view! I had spoken with several sales people at another dealership. I got the feeling they just thought I was a woman who was "just looking and not a serio I had spoken with several sales people at another dealership. I got the feeling they just thought I was a woman who was "just looking and not a serious buyer." One of the sale people did NOT even take my name --- I went back the second time and asked him to jot my name down and call me if he found something that I might be interested in. No call from him. Later, I spoke with another sales person at the same dealership. I told him of my experience so he did take my name and the week after I bought the Sienna from Roger, I did hear from the 2nd sales person at the other dealership. When I found the Sienna on line, I called Lou Fusz and Roger was the person I spoke with. He answered all my questions and took time to make a short video confirming what he had told me about the van. Prompt, polite and professional is the way I describe Roger! More
