Chelsea Darrow got us scheduled with Matt Ciuffa exactly when we were available. Matt did a great job getting us set up with the test drive and helping us keep our two (very) bored little boys entertained while we worked through our trade-in. Roger Heffernan walked us through the paperwork for the sale and helped us keep the boys happy. Everyone went out of their way to make the process clear, easy, and pleasant. We were there very late to get it all done and greatly appreciate the above-and-beyond effort to get us on the road! We love our new-to-us 2014 Honda Pilot, and couldn't be happier with the process! My car was immaculate, inside and out. That night I noticed the interior passenger door handle was broken. I went back the next day and they fixed it, with a smile and kindness, while I waited.
