It was very hot on the day we picked up the new car but Lou Fusz Toyota has a climate controlled service garage which made the process relaxed, comfortable and informative. This stood out to me because I bought from a Honda dealer near by in January '14 and it was so cold out that they didn't even offer the tutorial. They handed me the keyfob and the manual and told me to 'play around with it at home'. To this day I still don't know all that's on that car. Our experience with Lou Fusz Toyota and Nancy Schubert's attention to detail reassured me that we chose the right place to buy. Honestly, I had low expectations due to past experiences at other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and convenience of our new car purchase from Lou Fusz Toyota. We'll be back. I took my 2014 Avalon in today for an oil change and scheduled maintenance. I was greeted with a smile when I drove in for my 10:00 AM appointment and Debby, my service rep, did an outstanding job explaining what needed to be addressed today. She kept me informed regarding the progress of the work and had me out the door with a smile on my face. Not only was the work done in a very reasonable amount of time, my car was spotless inside and out from the dealerships complimentary car wash.
