Replacement Highlander one year later We bought a new 2016 Highlander Platinum at this dealership just over a year ago. It developed an oil leak before 5,000 miles and had to have the eng We bought a new 2016 Highlander Platinum at this dealership just over a year ago. It developed an oil leak before 5,000 miles and had to have the engine pulled to replace gaskets. Not happy of course but had it fixed according to Toyota procedures. 8 months later it is leaking again and took it back for the same repair. Needless to say we wanted a different vehicle. We complained heavily to Toyota corporate but would do nothing to help us get to a newer/different vehicle. Nathan, Erik and the crew at Lou Fusz, however, were very understanding and worked with us to get a very good deal on a new 2017 Highlander which I trust will not have the same problems. Toyota advertises legendary dependabiilty and that may be largely true, but I believe a company is defined by how they treat the person who gets the unlucky chance of getting the problem product. In our case, Toyota corporate has proven to look very bad but in contrast, Lou Fusz Toyota did what it took to keep us a customer and make a bad situation into one where they showed they do care about their customers. Thank you Lou Fusz Toyota for helping us make a bit of lemonade from a lemon vehicle. More

This dealership is amazing. They had the best selection of Camry's I could find in Saint Louis which made it very easy to find the one that had the options and color I wanted. I didn't have to compromise on anything. Their discounts and incentives sounded to good to be true. But true they were. I traded my 2011 Camry that I bought new in for the 2017 because I got 202,000 miles out of it with only scheduled maintenance. Toyota and Lou Fusz earned my business.
