I wasn't expecting such attention to detail and care before and after the sale. It was a completely different enviroment than the other dealerships I visited and I would recommend Lou Fusz Toyota without any hesitation. More

Wonderful Service As a person who doesn't enjoy how long the car buying process is, I genuinely enjoyed my time with our salesperson Emmanuel Alcasabas and our Finance As a person who doesn't enjoy how long the car buying process is, I genuinely enjoyed my time with our salesperson Emmanuel Alcasabas and our Finance Manager Travis Burch. These two were a true delight and never pressured us or made us feel unimportant. I would recommend them time and time again and they are the very reason we would recommend this dealership. I will say Jeff, the Used Car Manager, was very sales-y, blunt and rude. He didn't let me finish asking questions or offer to find a solution to my issue. I was hoping more for our trade-in, but that isn't the reason I was upset with him. It was that he bluntly said "no" to me over and over each time I asked a question and then tried to smile at me. In sales, you should never just blurt out no over the person's question even if it isn't something you can do. Jeff clearly needs customer service training. I would have left happy if he would have been respectful even if he couldn't give us more for the trade in. As I said, Emmaunel and Travis were the best to work with and managed to salvage my distaste. I would count them as genuinely great people. More
