The salesman, Roger Heffernan, was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with the pricing of the vehicle and found it very competitive with the market. The finance department was easy to work with. We had come in prepared with our own financing; however once we sat down with them we realized there are other banks out there with better rates. They had numerous extended service policies to choose from. Once we had completed our purchase, Jeff Strum (the Manager), came out to thank us for our purchase and made sure we were happy.
