Poor Service and Engine Light is ON the next day I am very much disappointed with my overall experience. First, I am new to St.Louis Area and I read the reviews about this Lou Fusz and went for Main I am very much disappointed with my overall experience. First, I am new to St.Louis Area and I read the reviews about this Lou Fusz and went for Maintenance since the Maintenance Light is ON for my Carolla. The team told me that I should go for 60K check up as the ODO is 58K, I agreed and left the car. Evening I am surprised with the bill totaling 525$. +ves - They applied 10% discount after I showed some coupons. - Drop off and Pick up to my home -ves - I felt like they wanted to see how can they book some additional costs to the customers by coming up with some reasons. - Even after billing, they advised me to fix my breaks very soon which they didn't told me in first place, rather they told me that they have to clean the Breaks for which I have agreed. - The big shock is that the Check Engine Light is on for the first time since I bought it 4 years back, just next day of the service, I called them and after inspection they told that its because of Induction Service for which a new Induction Service Kit has been installed just before the day, but the technician is convincing me that its Okay that it has been fixed now. On top of it, they told me that if the light is ON again then I have to bear the expenses which is a shock to me. They are not accepting their fault. - They didn't even refilled the Windshield spray fluid when I paid for the Transmission and Synthetic Oil change. - Labor Charges are comparatively more. Overall I felt like they just tries to find out the reasons to bill you more by showing the small things bigger so that you are forced to comply to fix it. I will not recommend this Service Center. More

He first spent a half hour on the phone with me while I asked him a ton of questions. I liked him right off the bat. I made an appointment with him later that afternoon to look at a car. In the meantime, I had called around to other dealerships to get different prices on the car I was interested in. It didn't take long for me to realize that I had picked the right place to make my purchase. All the other guys I had talked to on the phone from different places seemed hurried, seemed like they didn't want to talk to me and some of them wouldn't even give me prices over the phone. I loved the service here! After we sealed the deal, Scott showed me how to use all of my new features and basically how to operate my new Scion. I love Lou Fusz and I love my new car! More
