Chuck Church was accommodating and courteous in response to my requests. He too stayed late to ensure that all went well with the delivery of the vehicle. Our dealer was accommodating & patient & not oversell I found Jim very approachable and responsive to our questions and to meeting our needs. 2016 4 Runner Purchase I had a wonderful experience with Shane Roemer, my salesman. The only thing I am not too happy about, (but I don't think its in Shane's control) is t I had a wonderful experience with Shane Roemer, my salesman. The only thing I am not too happy about, (but I don't think its in Shane's control) is that I still have not received the refund check for my deposit on the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle on 8/19 and was told it would be in the mail. I called the following week and they told me over the phone that it would be mailed on 8/24 and I spoke to Shane on 8/29 and he had checked and it was supposed to be in the mail 8/30. I don't know what the hold up is, but I really need the money back and would appreciate it be mailed. But my purchase experience with Shane was Amazing!!!! More
