I worked with Bob Burns starting about two weeks ago looking for a certain make and model. He would stay in touch via email, my choice, and did not try to push anything on me. This made me feel welcome and that was the reason for going back in even though my desired vehicle was not in. I found another car that would fit my needs on this trip. The entire dealership is well run and non invasive on your shopping experience. The closing of the deal took us late into the evening on a Saturday when everyone else had left for the day. Bob and the manager Jeff Strum did not make me feel that I was holding them up but actually made us feel more welcome. Almost like being invited to someone's home. I appreciate the opportunity to research Fusz Toyota's on-line and getting a price quote. I also enjoyed being able to communicate with the sales staff via text messages. When it came time to visit the dealership for a test drive and ultimately make the purchase, Eric was helpful in every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and clearly explained the differences in the options. Best of all, Eric was prompt in his responses and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I was also pleased with our interaction with Bill in the finance area. He too was very prompt and professional. All in all, I had an excellent vehicle buying experience at Fusz Toyota. I will be a return customer. We went to this dealership three times. The reason we went to this dealership the first time place is because a few years back we needed a headlight r We went to this dealership three times. The reason we went to this dealership the first time place is because a few years back we needed a headlight replaced in our 2008 Prius NOW because our daughter was headed to the east coast to start a new job with that car. The drive-through service managed to get us in so she could begin her new job on time and not drive half way across the country with a bad headlight. We returned to the dealership to purchase a vehicle based on the headlight service we received that day. The first time we visited the dealership looking to purchase a car, David Koob helped us by arranging test drives for three vehicles. He provided the information we requested. He was helpful but not pushy. He offered to round up the vehicle we were most interested in at the time in the color we wanted but we weren't ready to put a deposit down at that time so we declined. Due to my husband's work schedule and or 75 minute drive to get to the dealership we were unable to cross paths with David again. The Fourth of July provided the opportunity we needed to get back to St. Louis during Fusz's hours. By this time there was the car we thought we wanted in the color we wanted at the dealership. On our second visit, Brandon Whitehead was very helpful arranging a test drive and filling us in on the beeps and whistles for the Corolla S Plus 6 speed manual that we purchased. I didn't want a sports car but did want manual transmission and this was the way to get it. Brandon was also low pressure and assured us that there were policies in place that would be fair to both sales people helping close the deal. I would certainly request these sales folks if we were to purchase another car here. More
