Pleasant car buying experience I have purchased 5 or 6 cars in the past 10 years and working with Nancy Schubert was by far the most efficient and easy process I have experienced. I have purchased 5 or 6 cars in the past 10 years and working with Nancy Schubert was by far the most efficient and easy process I have experienced. She was very courteous of my time and did not use the normal high pressure tactics that I have experienced elsewhere. I took two or three test drives of the car over about a weeks time and Nancy was very patient and always answered my questions. I took the final test drive and arrived back at the dealership around 4:30 and they closed at 6:00. By the time I decided to purchase the car it was close to 5:30 and even though I said I didn't mind coming back the next day to make the purchase the whole crew from the people who clean up the cars to the finance guy, Bill McKeown, they all stayed late so I could drive it home that night. Overall I felt like they went above and beyond and dealt with me in good faith. More
