Great Experience When my daughter and I came to the dealership we didn't realize they closed at 6. Arriving right around closing time we were greeted by Jim "Bones". H When my daughter and I came to the dealership we didn't realize they closed at 6. Arriving right around closing time we were greeted by Jim "Bones". He explained they were closign for the night but graciiously allowed us to take a quick test drive in a new RAV4. After a quick spin we returned and Jim went over some of the different styles and options to consider. It was now pushing 6:30+ and we didn't want to overstay our welcome so deciding to come back on Saturday. Jim provided us with brochures and printouts of a couple models we were considering. My daughter and I made an appointment for 11am Saturday and met with Jim and shared what we were looking for, options, style, etc. and he set us up for a test drive in an SE. It was just what we were looking for and my daughter couldn't be any happier. She is all set going into her Jr. year at mizzou and thanks to Jim and the dealership, we will definitely be back to Lou Fusz for our futher auto needs. Thanks for a great experience! More
