Straightforward Dealership and Salesman We had not bought a car from a dealership in many years - bought from friends/Relations. I likened going to a Dealership or Used-Car Lot with being wo We had not bought a car from a dealership in many years - bought from friends/Relations. I likened going to a Dealership or Used-Car Lot with being worse than Root Canal surgery. However, after touring a few other dealerships and going on the recommendations of others, including our Mechanic, we are very happy about the transaction we had at Lou Fusz with Salesman Don Cole. Don did not try any 'tricks of the trade' or try and persuade us into buying something we are not happy with. He worked with us on the final costs and it was a very businesslike and smooth transaction. We had held on to one of our old vehicles for 16 years - we simply did not want to go through the former hassles of buying another one as there were none available from people we knew and trusted - however, we certainly will not be holding on to our second older vehicle for anything like that far past the sensible point, now that we are aware that buying a car is not the absolute ordeal it used to be. We will be back to Don Cole and Lou Fusz and, based on our experience, would recommend them very highly indeed. More
