We told him, and a hour later we were driving off in out new 4 Runner. Fantastic experience, with on of the better sales-persons I have ever dealt with. I called Don Cole who sold me the car and did all of the preliminary work with my local bank for me to pick it up 2 days later, including arranging a ride for me from the airport. A real sweetheart, Bob picked me up at the airport and gave me lessons on driving and programming a hybrid. Jeff Strum and Bill McKeon in finance, ironed out details and sent me home in my beautiful Toyota Avalon. All car professionals explained every step, details and all options to help me enjoy my vehicle the most. They all treated me like their sainted Mothers, which made it easy for me to treat them all like my beloved sons. They even gave me lunch while I waited. I had a very enjoyable drive back to Akron in my Toyota Avalon Hybrid. I usually keep my cars for more than a decade but will certainly contact Lou Fusz Toyota for my next Toyota Avalon.
