We first looked between Thanksgiving and Christmas and decided to wait until the 2016's came out. Patrick was patient with us, informative but never pushy, and then when it was time to make a decision he was right there with us too. Scott Christensen and Bill McKeown were great too. We are very happy with the experience and love the Sienna too. All good! :) More

worst used car experience ever--Jeff Lenz has bad attitude I had the worst would-be car buying experience here today I have ever had. Jeff Lenz is the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. Went to test dri I had the worst would-be car buying experience here today I have ever had. Jeff Lenz is the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. Went to test drive a 2008 Toyota Avalon with 120,000 miles on it. Was considering the car for highway trips and accordingly wanted to take the car on the highway for a reasonably extended time to see exactly how it drove and sounded and rode on different road surfaces. When I expressed the desire to do that, immediately Jeff Linz indicated that would be a problem because they didn't want to put too many miles on it and their policy was not to allow anyone to take any vehicle out for more than a short time because other buyers were waiting, they didn't want to "waste" gas and they planned to sell it this weekend. This is the first time any dealer anywhere has attempted to arbitrarily shorten the test drive in such an obvious and arbitrary manner. The idea that putting 10 or 15 or even 25 more miles on a car with 120,000 already on it is going to make any difference is ludicrous on its face. Completely absurd. Further, when I pointed out that the car was facing a major maintenance and had no service records, he got visibly upset. When I further mentioned that I took issue with the unreasonably short test drive, he said this was a $12,000 car and no one had ever taken the attitude I was taking. He thereupon "terminated" the test drive and even asked me to pull over and let him drive back which I declined. I didn't say another word virtually the entire trip back to avoid further inflaming the situation. Have never been treated this badly anywhere ever. This was attempted high pressure sales of the worst sort with transparently flimsy non-sensical assertions and I will never go back to this dealer for any reason. If anyone reading this still goes to Lou Fusz Toyota anyway, avoid Jeff Lenz--he is really the pits and the most unpleasant car salesperson I can recall ever dealing with and that includes some buy here, pay here places. Really bad experience. He also was unable to tell me what work they had done on the car to prepare it for sale--again, have never had a dealership be unable to provide that information. Finally, they had the vehicle priced about $400 over NADA guides for a "clean" vehicle (meaning good condition). The interior of the car I drove, based on what I saw, no matter how much they detailed it and cleaned it in the sense of actual cleaning, I don't think it would ever meet that standard. It was simply too dirty to properly clean up. In other words, the car was overpriced on top of everything else. Based on my experience, I don't see how they sell any cars to anyone there. More
