Then I met Shane, and he was just awesome to work with. I was not looking forward to the whole experience, honestly. I'd kept my previous Highlander so long that the thought of going through the process was daunting to me. I was overwhelmed. I didn't feel out of touch with Shane. He was so nice and personable. My brother in law was with me, and after our initial visit and test drive, he told me how much he liked Shane and that I should stick with him. I'm so glad I did! He didn't rush me, and I appreciated that SO much. He gave me a fair price, answered my questions, texted and called me back, explained all the functions of the car. He even suggested places for lunch and helped us plug in an address on the gps system! When we accidentally called him while browsing the radio, he laughed and tried to help us find the Sinatra channel! The two young men who worked in insurance and warranty plans were also very efficient and courteous. I'm very pleased with every aspect of my car purchase! More
