I received first class service from Nancy Schubert, a highly experienced sales associate who has worked for Fusz for most of her career. While I realize this is 2016, there are still comparatively few women in the auto sales profession. So what a pleasure it was to meet Nancy who has extensive product knowledge and was clearly focused on helping me select just the right vehicle to meet both my driving needs and my personal tastes. She answered every question (and I had lots!) patiently and thoroughly. I did considerable research before visiting he dealership and thus was pleased and appreciative that the pricing and terms offered were the best available in the St. Louis marketplace for the car I was considering. And btw, she offered me the best price the first time, not the last. Pleased to recommend Nancy and Lou Fusz as the go-to source for a Toyota! More

Shelby Parker was very helpful in doing initial email correspondence. Garrett Watson then followed up with an online video review of the car that we ended up buying which led us to schedule an appointment at Lou Fusz. Shane Roemer was the salesperson we worked with when we got there and he was very helpful in reviewing the car, comparing some other options that we were considering and providing other information we were seeking. He is very congenial, open and friendly. He organized a great trade in value for our original vehicle (more than double what we had received at another dealer) and represented our request for a further reduction which was met without debate. Based on our experience at another dealer and our online research, we got a great deal that we are very happy with. We then met with Travis Burch to finish financing and review warranty packages. He was very helpful and we were able to quickly come to a decision on the packages that seemed most appropriate for us. We selected the oil service and exterior/interior warranty program which we felt would be good value since we plan to own the car for seven plus years. Shane was very helpful going over the cars features after the purchase and we are confident he will be a strong advocate for us at the dealership in service after the sale. More

Within minutes of submitting an online inquiry, we received a call saying that we had been assigned to Jeff and scheduled a time later that day to stop by the dealership. Minutes later, Jeff emailed us a video he'd just made showing us the car and highlighting some of its unique features. When we arrived at the dealership, Jeff greeted us promptly. Following our test drive, Jeff identified 2 other similar vehicles that he thought we may have an interest in. When we made our final selection and brought our trade-in vehicle in, we were able to discuss the numbers and come to a settlement quickly - within about 20 minutes. Bill Miller from the finance department contacted us to make sure we were getting the best interest rate on our loan. During the closing, Bill was friendly, quick and efficient. Jeff personally transferred our plates from our trade-in to the new-to-us Toyota Camry. Jeff also paired both of our phones to the bluetooth in the car, and he went the extra mile by using touch-up paint on a few minor imperfections on the vehicle. We really appreciated the way that Jeff and his team made this a smooth transaction! Thank you!! More

Daniel Burrow was the sales person assigned to me and he was the best sales person I've had to date! He was extremely helpful, informative, and very personable.
