Preceding our interaction with him, we bought a pre-owned vehicle from a private party and was disappointed to learn that we had been conned into buying a lemon. Suffice to say, we were skittish when approaching the purchase of another vehicle. Our interaction with Don was fantastic. We did not feel any undue pressure to purchase a vehicle, he was able to work with our budget to find the perfect car for our needs, and he was very personable throughout the process. They responded to any car flaws expeditiously and meticulously: four new tires, brakes, and windshield wipers were replaced as well as traditional servicing was performed. Additionally, we had a minor problem with the trunk lock mechanism the day after buying the car. We brought the car to the shop, and they fixed it immediately. In addition to their awesome customer service, they have an outstanding reward system that we would take advantage of if we lived in St. Louis. We have nothing but good things to say about and would not hesitate to buy next car here. More

I scheduled an appointment with Shane to begin the process of ending my lease and purchasing a car. While he was new to the Toyota dealership and I had many questions unrelated to the specifics of his part of the job, I appreciated the fact that instead of creating an answer, he would go inquire to the person most knowledgeable about that topic. I had gone in with a modest budget & mostly realistic expectations (hoping I would be able to be met at my budget within reason) and instead of trying to sell me a car, Shane explored all the means of getting me the car I wanted at a rate that fit my budget. I did not have to dig for information, I was informed of the college grad reimbursement, auto savings cash, and all the means & ways to get me to where I needed to be before and while looking at cars. Shane is still learning a lot about Toyota/Scion, but by listening to my preferences and what my history with vehicles was, he already had in mind a car I didn't know about. I found everything I could want in a car that was available to me in the Scion iA by his recommendation and I know that I will be exceptionally happy for the duration of my buy & will definitely return to work with him again when the time comes. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew that we were not only getting the vehicle we wanted, but that he was going to make sure it stayed that way. Chelsea was enthusiastic about the Prius C that I was considering. I have a dog and like to travel, so the small station wagon style was perfect for both of us. Chelsea connected me with Brian Williams in sales who answered general questions about the car, before arranging a test drive. I was hesitant to drive a new vehicle in the rain, but Brian drove us to a nearby neighborhood with little traffic, went over the location of various buttons and levers that I need to know about and put me at ease with the car. I liked the way the car handled and the solid feel of it on the road. Brian introduced me to Bill McKeown in finance and the deal was struck. I had exceptional service from everyone involved, but I especially enjoyed working with Brian, who knew the vehicle well and was able to answer all my questions. More
