Above and Beyond Service and Professionalism Initially, I contacted Fusz Toyota to price a set of wheels and tires for a used 4Runner, which I was nearly about to purchase from a different dealer Initially, I contacted Fusz Toyota to price a set of wheels and tires for a used 4Runner, which I was nearly about to purchase from a different dealer.....little did I know, it was the beginning of the most superior car buying experience I've ever had! Mark Jackson, in the parts department, displayed the utmost professionalism and his willingness to work with me on a quote for wheels and tires prompted me to shift gears on my vehicle search. Thinking to myself...."If Mark was so willing to work with me, I wonder what the sales team would do to meet my needs on a 4Runner?" I was set on finding the answer to this question, so I decided to drop by the Fusz dealer and see if the sales team could recreate this experience. Upon entering the dealership, Shane Roemer stepped forward to see what he could do for me. It didn't take long for me to realize that there was going to be no "pressure to buy" or "fake friendliness" involved with this exchange. Shane listened to my needs and we found a new 4Runner. Unfortunately, this particular vehicle was just out of my price range. Fear not though, the sales manager and Shane went out of their way to find a deal that was suitable and viable for my financial situation. After going back and forth for a couple hours, we were able to come to a deal and, as they say, the rest is history. In conclusion, let me mention that I rarely write reviews, nor have I ever been a repeat customer when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Well, here I am writing a review for a dealer that went above and beyond the call of duty; I can't predict the future, but I will also admit that Lou Fusz very well could be my last stop as far as future vehicle purchases go. They will certainly be my first choice when it's time to retire the new Toyota 4Runner sitting in my garage. Much thanks to the Lou Fusz Toyota Scion team!! More
