Several months later, while my daughter was away at school, someone scraped her bumper in a parking lot and then tried to remove their paint from her bumper. Afterward, the loosened paint was hanging from her bumper in large pieces. You could just pull the paint off - it looked really bad. I went back to the dealership and showed Jeff Strum, the manager, a piece of the paint along with pictures of what the bumper looked like. He agreed that it was not normal for the paint to be flaking off in such a manner and we made arrangements for my daughter to bring her car in to have it fixed when she came home for Thanksgiving break. We dropped the car off on a Monday morning and the car was ready by Wednesday. It looked beautiful! We were so pleased and happy that they stood behind their product and were willing to take that extra step to "make things right." Great customer service. Thank you. More

Patrick McLafferty understood and it was quick and painless. He did not have in stock what I needed but found exactly what I was looking for. His communications on the building of my truck and it's arrival kept me informed every step of the way. Travis Burch sold me the extras that fit my needs and I look forward to enjoying my new Tundra which I am now headed out to wax!!! Of special mention is the fact that when my old vehicle was being valued it was noticed that there was a stack of raffle tickets, supporting a Veterans group I support, on my console and when I left the dealership they were all purchased by dealership personnel.
