This did not happen at Lou Fusz. I was treated with respect and we arrived at a fair price in record time. I was in and out of the dealership with a new car in about 2.5 hours. Garret Watson was prompt and got me the correct information on line that I needed. Patrick McLafferty is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Patrick knows his products but more importantly he knows customer service and has a great "bedside manner". Patrick made me feel confident with buying a car from Lou Fusz. Bill McKeown did a great job. He made me aware of all my choices/options in the business office but did not try to force any products on me. When I got there, the car I had picked was in great shape, better than I had hoped, I assumed the online ph I spent time researching on the internet.
