She then had us meet salesperson Patrick McLafferty. Mr. McLafferty took a test drive with us in the model that we were considering. He is very personable and we enjoyed the test drive with him. When we chose the model we wanted, Mr. McLafferty helped us every step of the way in purchasing the vehicle. He made the car buying experience very easy. Grandma Gets a New Lease on Life Lou Fusz and salesman Mark Kleve helped us avert a family disaster! Two children of our 94 year old mother decided it was time for her to stop drivin Lou Fusz and salesman Mark Kleve helped us avert a family disaster! Two children of our 94 year old mother decided it was time for her to stop driving for no real reason. We had relinquished her 23 year old Honda Accord at the beginning of the summer (78k miles but significant mechanical problems) at the time she left for a summer trip. When she returned, some family members thought it was a convenient time for her to turn in her keys (and a huge element of her senior freedom). The retired school teacher gave in but knew in her heart of hearts that the lack of driving in her life would be a significant departure from her usual routine, and she also knew that she was still very capable of driving on local errands. A son stopped by Lou Fusz to inquire about a replacement vehicle and, within 4 hours, Grandma was back on the road, fully insured and fully invigorated! The incredible service by Mark Kleve to a walk-in client deserves a resounding applause.
