All were very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and friendly. Scott was very thorough. He patiently explained everything I had questions about, so that I felt comfortable making the decision to purchase. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Scott listened to what I was looking for in my vehicle and found just what I wanted. So when I came back in October, 2015, to purchase a second vehicle, a RAV4, it was a no brainer to work with these gentlemen again. And again, I was not disappointed. For the price I paid, the mileage, condition, and year were excellent. Working with Jeff Lenz was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable, good humored, and helpful. I really appreciated how he knows when to give information and when to wait for you to process the info, with a marked absence of BS and snark compared to other places I shopped at. The only downside: very pressing up-selling of care packages by other salespeople after I committed to buying. I'm sure the packages they offer are great value. If you are interested in these additions, be sure to reserve some energy for that part of the process. I found it exhausting and a bit of a let down in the whole experience. But back to focusing on the car--I was delighted with my purchase, and the salesman, Jeff Lenz. Prior to coming to him, I had done extensive homework and comparison shopping, and he really knows his stuff. Now all I need to do is figure out how to work the radio! More

He also stated that service did not end with our purchase and that we could contact him at any time if we had any questions or concerns. We experienced none of the high pressure sales tactics that we have experienced with other car dealers in the past.
