Nancy is so energetic and warmhearted. She gave me many useful advice after patiently learning about my needs. We've become good friends since the first time I visit Lou Fusz. Super service led to a great purchase experience I truly appreciate working with Brandon Whitehead to purchase my vehicle. Being a loyal Toyota owner, but having moved to St. Louis from Springfield, I truly appreciate working with Brandon Whitehead to purchase my vehicle. Being a loyal Toyota owner, but having moved to St. Louis from Springfield, IL I needed to find someone I could trust for service. Lou Fusz gave me very good service on my 2010 Prius and saved me from some higher bills by correcting the mishaps of a quick change oil service. While getting a cross threaded drain pan screw fixed I took a test drive. Brandon didn't rush me and took his time in pointing out all of the features in the new Prius V. He knew I probably wouldn't purchase, but was still patient and not pushy at all. After my car was repaired, he gave me a trade quote and cost on the vehicle. While I was tempted to purchase, I didn't as I thought I'd drive the old car for a while. A couple of weeks later I received a short, polite email from Brandon. Again, not pushy at all, just letting me know that the car is still available. A few weeks after that another email found me in a different situation. I had made another payment on my car, so less was owed. They offered to come down in price and that combination was enough to convince me to buy. One other thing happened that's worth mentioning. When I returned to buy I had new bumper and rear fender damage from a parking lot incident. Chuck Church took a look and estimated the repair cost. He then offered to share some of that cost with me on the trade. I feel his estimate was sound and appreciated I wasn't gouged for the damage. I'm happy with the experience and now hope the service department will continue to deliver. I like having a dealership I can trust and simply keep my business in one place with none of the haggling and high pressure tactics. I've dealt with those tactics at two of the other local Toyota dealers and dislike them. More
Excellent, Genuine Customer Service I was in the market for a new car and have heard good things about this location. Needless to say, my expectations were surpassed. I was immediately assisted by Jeff Strum, and he couldn't have been more accomodating. He seemed to genuinely care about my wants and needs and was eager to answer every question I asked. He recommended a few cars in my price range and I felt that the decision was truly mine- he didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in or try to sway me in any direction. Overall it was a very comforting experience and I would recommend him to friends in the future, as I will be going back to him for my daughter's first car in a few months. More

The dealership is nearly a 30-minute drive from my home, but I make the drive because I know my car will be serviced by skilled personnel. Fusz also provides a nice, clean waiting areas with comfortable furniture, restful atmosphere and free coffee. I don't always understand a needed repair but I've found that no matter how many questions I have, the person I'm talking with is patient and will explain as many times as I need to understand a problem -- I'm never hurried and that means a lot.
