I found the experience to be one of the best I've had. I have done business with Fusz before, and have always had a good experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would definitely refer my friends to Eric. Professional, personable, pleasant and very interested in offering the best possible customer experience. He listens well - a very important trait - and responds to an concerns or questions. If he doesn't know the answer, he goes immediately to get it for you. The day after we test drove vehicles, he followed up with us via email and was willing to continue to email with us (as we were out of town that day) and to get the process of ordering our vehicle going by email and phone. We ended up buying 2 vehicles in one day from this dealership. The staff was very courteous and friendly, and our salesperson, Nancy Schubert, made sure we were happy with our purchases. We feel they gave us a good deal on both vehicles and treated us fairly. The Finance Manager, Bill McKeown, made the monetary portion of the sale almost enjoyable! Was able to drive to my wife's work so she could see the car and sit in it. Sarah stayed in touch with me, and I came back to buy. The numbers they presented me on both my trade and my new purchase were exceptional so I made the purchase. There were little good things about the deal. I was, for example, able to swap my carpeted mats for all weather. Chuck managed this. I was able to negotiate down the price of the service contract with Bill, to something I thought reasonable. When I came in the next morning to finish my new vehicle demonstration, Nathan did a great job, spending time looking one thing up on the electronics when the answer was unknown. Furthermore, because I really didn't want the aftermarket service contract as written, they swapped it out for the Toyota Care plan. Nathan and Travis took care of this for me. So, to sum up, great, patient customer service, and a phenomenal way of dealing with small issues that made me very happy. Thanks. More

New Camry Jim Donohue was a great pleasure to work with. I wanted to replace my 2005 Camry with a new vehicle, and thought that I wanted an SUV. Jim arranged test drives of a RAV4 and three Highlanders over the space of about four months. In the end I decided that I would be best served with another Camry, so I asked Jim to find a V6 XLE with the premium audio. We quickly negotiated a fair price for the new Camry and for the 2005 Camry trade. Two weeks later Jim found the exact Camry that I wanted. The paperwork was completed quickly by Bill McKeown, and James Conaway helped me pair my iPhone to the Entune system. It was a pleasure to deal with them all. More
