Jim arranged test drives of a RAV4 and three Highlanders over the space of about four months. In the end I decided that I would be best served with another Camry, so I asked Jim to find a V6 XLE with the premium audio. We quickly negotiated a fair price for the new Camry and for the 2005 Camry trade. Two weeks later Jim found the exact Camry that I wanted. The paperwork was completed quickly by Bill McKeown, and James Conaway helped me pair my iPhone to the Entune system. It was a pleasure to deal with them all. More

Attempted service ripoff When we bought a used RAV4 there they told us of the free nitrigen tire fill. There was nothing wrong with the Rav4 when it went in except the tire p When we bought a used RAV4 there they told us of the free nitrigen tire fill. There was nothing wrong with the Rav4 when it went in except the tire pressure light. When my wife went in to have the tires filled they came back and said that needed a new tire or get it patched. She told them to just fill it up and I would take care of it. Then they came back and said the battery is bad and needs to replaced. She was able to get a jump start and took car home. I have checked all of this out and there is nothing wrong with any of the tires. The battery was found to be discharged, but not bad. More

It is so important to me that he listened well and send me comparisions of the Camry with the two other makes. I really appreciated that Nathan never put any pressure on me to select the Camry Hybrid, but he just pointed out how it excelled over the others with facts. My last Camry lasted 14 years, so buying a car doesn't happen often. I would advise anyone to try to work with Nathan for a great experience. More
