Attempted service ripoff When we bought a used RAV4 there they told us of the free nitrigen tire fill. There was nothing wrong with the Rav4 when it went in except the tire p When we bought a used RAV4 there they told us of the free nitrigen tire fill. There was nothing wrong with the Rav4 when it went in except the tire pressure light. When my wife went in to have the tires filled they came back and said that needed a new tire or get it patched. She told them to just fill it up and I would take care of it. Then they came back and said the battery is bad and needs to replaced. She was able to get a jump start and took car home. I have checked all of this out and there is nothing wrong with any of the tires. The battery was found to be discharged, but not bad. More

It is so important to me that he listened well and send me comparisions of the Camry with the two other makes. I really appreciated that Nathan never put any pressure on me to select the Camry Hybrid, but he just pointed out how it excelled over the others with facts. My last Camry lasted 14 years, so buying a car doesn't happen often. I would advise anyone to try to work with Nathan for a great experience. More

I appreciate hard work and Jim works hard to get the buyer what they ask for at a fair price. I received several emails from Toyota dealerships after I put on the Edmunds web site that I was looking for a 2015 4Runner. I had a good idea of what I was going to pay and what I could get for my trade. Fusz Toyota was the first and only dealership I looked at. I don't like to waist time shopping around if you can get me what I want with excellent customer service. I told Jim if he could get me "this car" at close to this price with exactly what I want on it (package, interior and exterior), get this for my trade......and I want to put this much down to get my payment at a certain amount.....then we could strike a deal. I put a deposit down that night. I was prepared to wait several weeks to get that car......but again, it only took one week. He satisfied all of those conditions and got me the 4Runner I wanted. After service is important to me as well and he assured me that I could come by anytime and he would be happy to help me in any way. I am confident that he will stick to that promise. Travis in finance, Warren in Service and Jimmy......the guy that gave me a tutorial on how everything works were great as well. I would recommend this dealership and Jim Donohue in particular to a friend based on great customer service. More
