No pressure and he got me exactly the 4Runner I was looking for in just one week from my initial visit to the dealership. I appreciate hard work and Jim works hard to get the buyer what they ask for at a fair price. I received several emails from Toyota dealerships after I put on the Edmunds web site that I was looking for a 2015 4Runner. I had a good idea of what I was going to pay and what I could get for my trade. Fusz Toyota was the first and only dealership I looked at. I don't like to waist time shopping around if you can get me what I want with excellent customer service. I told Jim if he could get me "this car" at close to this price with exactly what I want on it (package, interior and exterior), get this for my trade......and I want to put this much down to get my payment at a certain amount.....then we could strike a deal. I put a deposit down that night. I was prepared to wait several weeks to get that car......but again, it only took one week. He satisfied all of those conditions and got me the 4Runner I wanted. After service is important to me as well and he assured me that I could come by anytime and he would be happy to help me in any way. I am confident that he will stick to that promise. Travis in finance, Warren in Service and Jimmy......the guy that gave me a tutorial on how everything works were great as well. I would recommend this dealership and Jim Donohue in particular to a friend based on great customer service. More

Purchase of a new car. Norman Drove all the way from Rolla to purchase a new RAV4. We were lucky to get Todd Sterling as our Sales Consultant. He provided the kind of individualized service and assistance that is normally expected but rarely received. After a small hitch in the process, Todd got the problem resolved and within a matter of minutes we were back on track and got the deal agreed upon and finalized. Todd Sterling is the epitome of what a Sales Consultant should be. Thank you Todd and rest assured if we decide to buy another automobile we will come see you and we will recommend you to anyone else that know. A definite asset to any new car dealership. I have 2 daughters and they both needed cars within 3 w I just want to say thank you for the great people you have at your Toyota pre -owned location. I have 2 daughters and they both needed cars within 3 weeks of each other. Both of them purchased Toyota Corolla's from Mark Kleve and financed their cars through Tracy Floyd. What an experience! Mark Kleve was awesome! I can't put into words that would do justice to his willingness to help find the perfect car's for my daughters. NO PRESSURE sales and his knowledge of the vehicles all adds up to a very enjoyable experience. Once we finished with Mark, we were sent to financing. Tracy Floyd was exceptionally nice and NO PRESSURE. She explained all of the options that were available in detail and was extremely helpful in selecting the best options to fit my daughter's budgets. We left the dealership extremely happy! Again, Thank you for the exceptional buying experience. Quick and painless After a frustrating day of looking at cars in the St. Charles area last Saturday, I finally decided to text Todd Sterling, my former boss at a previou After a frustrating day of looking at cars in the St. Charles area last Saturday, I finally decided to text Todd Sterling, my former boss at a previous company we both used to work at. My big mistake of the day was not calling him first, but it never really occurred to us that we could even consider getting into a Toyota, as we had a different budget in mind. A 2011 Camry with low miles caught our attention and we test drove it, quickly came to a price (Todd's doing), got approved for financing, and had in principle come to a deal. The only thing that held us up from concluding the deal that night was us wanting to get approval from our credit union for financing as we were hoping for a lower interest rate. Approval was granted the following Monday and Todd came in on his day off to see the deal through to the end. Our experience with both Todd Sterling and Tracy Floyd was easy, stress free, and frankly humorous and gregarious. If Todd is still in the business when it comes time for us to get a new car, he will be my first and only call I will ever make. To Todd Sterling, I owe you a big thank you. May you have a great and prosperous year. More
