Our salesman Gene Gardner was very easy to work with, no pressure whatsoever, he did not try to sell us on a lot of extras or try to talk us into a more expensive vehicle. Test drive was great and paperwork completed. We returned the next day to actually pick up the car and drive it home. Within 48 hours the check engine light came on and it shuttered to the point of being undriveable. I called up Jeff Strum and explained the situation. We were not promised anything when we purchased the vehicle, but Jeff said they will make it right. They paid for all repairs and we were back on the road within a week. With service like that Lou Fusz Toyota is at the top of our list when the time comes to buy another vehicle. More

He told me the car was on a different lot but he would have it moved to Manchester and Lindbergh the following Monday. I visited the dealership, test drove the car, and decided to make an offer. Jeff and I sequestered ourselves in his office for several hours negotiating until we finally reached an mutually agreeable price. I bought the car. I would like to express the highest degree of satisfaction with my experience. Mr. Bohnert was friendly, fair, and most importantly of all, genuinely honest - qualities that not only make good business but good repeat business as well. Joe Whitacre also assisted in preparing the vehicle for me. And although I decided not to take advantage of any of the offers Travis Burch made available, I still must give him high marks for professionalism and courtesy. Thank you very much. More
