Jim Donohue was the best new car salesman I have ever dealt with. I love the Toyota brand and have just purchased a new Rav4 limited. So far we are very pleased. We were not even home yet and had a call that he had one and we could get it the next day. I was truly amazed. It came down from Iowa City. Exactly what we wanted. Jim was very professional and pleasant when dealing with us. We traded in two cars and there wasn't any problems with the deal at all. I would highly recommend dealing with Lou Fusz Toyota and Jim Donohue to anyone. More

My wife and I were looking to replace an 18 year old Camry with a "slightly used" Camry. Lou Fusz had a good selection. I recently purchased a 2013 Avalon Hybrid at the Lou Fusz Toyota dealership. I worked with Kris Portnoy throughout. He made the process very easy. I told Kris that I needed to sell the car on my own first, which i did, and that I would be back to buy a new car after that. I was not pressured into making a purchase before I sold my car. Kris was very understanding of my situation and patient. When I finally came back I purchased the Avalon at what I thought was a reasonable price given that the car was in short supply and I didn't have much leverage to negotiate. All in all it was a good experience. This was the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from a Lou Fusz dealership and have always had a pleasant experience. More

When our new prius arrived Nancy and Brian Summerville (finance manager) went to great lengths to review with us the warrentes,maintenence responsiblities and vehicle operation. My dealer confidence was enforced, having been to the service department with our older Prius. Excellence is their goal and that is good for me. More
