We'd seen a couple of cars online, went to see them and arrange a test drive of one car the following morning. The car was ready to go, warmed up - thoughtful on such a cold and wet day. Our test drive did not confirm all our issues and Lou Fusz staff let us drive home and check out trunk capacity. We found the car would be too small, therefore unsuitable. Tara arranged for us to test drive our second car immediately. When we decided on the car we headed off to other appointments and when we returned everything was ready for us - freshly cleaned, fueled and other than finalizing paperwork we were ready to go. We received a follow up call two days later to check everything was OK and were given a reminder to get in touch if we needed help with anything. So far we are very happy with the car. More

Very upsetting/disappointed experience when car shopping should be fun - an upgrade to our new family car. I went and test drove the vehicle on a weekday. The car was fine, honestly it was not my dream car should be fun - an upgrade to our new family car. I went and test drove the vehicle on a weekday. The car was fine, honestly it was not my dream car or anything but the price seemed to be reasonable and as a full time mom, I really didn't have much time to look around, so we decided to make a deal on the following Sat. I got confirmation from the salesman that the car was still available on the following Friday and again on Saturday morning before we left the house. I explained to the salesman that I lived far away from the dealership and I had to drag along my 2 year old toddler. He seemed understanding and ensured that he would give me a call if the car was sold before I got there. I went over there on Sat morning, put away other weekend plans, excited and brought all the associated paperwork with us. When we got there, he was not available! We waited and waited in the waiting area. When I finally went to the front desk and asked again, another salesman said the car that I was asking was sold the day before! Then, our salesman showed up 10-15 mins later after that and tried to sell me another more expensive car! We wasted a whole Saturday morning! I am not filing this complaint because the car was sold. It's completely understandable. You snooze, you lose. It's a fair game. BUT we were supposed to be told if that happened before we went over there. I CALLED, EMAILED multiple times! Right before we drove there. The salesman should have the honesty to check and tell us that the car the sold the day before, instead of just sending us there. Especially when they knew we had a long drive there with a small child. It ruined the mood of the whole weekend for me. I will never go back there. No matter how good the deal is. There is no family value there. Now, I don't even want a Toyota. More

Unlike most car salesman he didn't pressure me, didn't hound me for my information, or any other tactic that turns me off from wanting to deal with someone. He was helpful every step of the way, knew about the car (which surprisingly a lot of car salesman don't ), answered all my questions, and made sure I knew before and after I bought my car that he was there in case I needed any help or had any questions. We came in to checkout a couple of used Prii. Tara stepped right out to greet us. She was quick to get the info we were looking for regarding the car we were checking out in the lot. She was patient as we discussed different features of the car. We wanted to check out another vehicle that was not on the lot we were in at the time. Tara was quick to pop over to the other lot, get it, and bring it over for us to see. Since the second car was very new to their dealership it was still in processing to get safety inspected to allow test drives.
