My wife and I were shopping for a new mini-van, we had already been contacted by Fusz so when we came in we asked for the gentleman who had already contacted us, he was not available - and it took them 10 already been contacted by Fusz so when we came in we asked for the gentleman who had already contacted us, he was not available - and it took them 10-15min to get us someone else when there was just people standing around available to help. Then we got James Conaway who definitely seemed like he could have cared less about us, I had to ask every question about the cars, he offered up almost no information to help us learn about the features of the vans we were looking at. Then when we were trying to get prices wouldn't even give us a quote. I know he went and talked with his manager - so I'm sure they had something to do with that too, but it was ridiculous, I have never had such bad service looking for a car, usually people are friendly and want to sell something, but this was horrible experience. We ended up leaving the dealership and driving down the street a few miles to Seeger Toyota where we bought a car that same night - mostly because they had a good and friendly sales staff who was willing to work with us. Overall I was extremely disappointing in the quality of this dealership. I did go to the Chrysler/Dodge Fusz dealership and they were very good, so maybe it's not the whole company, but stay away from this place unless you like having people be rude and not helpful to you in your car buying experience.
