Steve was very easy to work with. He was a good listener and I was very specific about what I wanted in a new car. He didn't try to sell me one he already had, or try to get me to compromise. Instead he ordered exactly what I wanted and kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on. I picked up my new car (RAV4) last night and it was exactly what I wanted. I think I went to every dealership in St. Louis to find the right car. That part is easy - getting someone who you like to work with and truly wants you to be satisfied is something else altogether. I loved the whole experience at Lou Fusz Toyota. Every single person there is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We'll buy our next car from there. More

I have taken my 2008 FJ Cruiser to Fusz every 5000 miles or so and currently have 68,000 miles on it. I have had several different service people work with me in the last two years. All have been friendly a or so and currently have 68,000 miles on it. I have had several different service people work with me in the last two years. All have been friendly and make me feel welcome. I never make an appointment, but they take me right in, find out what I need, let me know what I should do at various milestones and have offered me coupons for my oil changes. The work gets done quickly, the checkout is efficient and everyone I've been in contact with is very personable. The last time I was in, while I was doing the writeup, one of the other service guys offered to rub out some of the black marks on my paint as I was looking on. It was a simple thing, but made the car look better and didn't cost anymore. Also I had forgot to bring in my coupon for a tuneup. The next day I came back with the coupon and ask if they would credit me for the savings and they did without a problem. I don't feel like they are trying to do unnecessary work. I have a high level of trust for the service writers. I believe I get a good value from Fusz Toyota. More
I began looking for a car a few weeks ago. I went to Lou Fusz on the Staurday before the first storm was to hit the area. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing time. David went out in the freezing cold and showed me the vehicle and where I asked about 100 questions (which I received 100 excellent answers!). David never seemed to be impatient, but rather helpful and courteous Monday, I noticed another car of interest which I had interest in. I contacted David to ask about the car. He told me it just came in and he would have to check the condition and history and give me a call back. David called me back within an hour and told me about the car. I told him I would come by but I had a meeting that evening. David made sure that I was able to test drive the car, ask some more questions, check my car for trade-in and still have time to make my meeting commitment. I indicated I would like to pick the car up at 12:00 the next day, but I had a meeting at 2:00 I had to tend to. David once again made sure everything was ready with the car from making sure it was detailed, making sure all inspections were completed, changed the plates to the new car, hooked me up with the finance team and helped me move stuff fro mthe old car to the new car. While all this made me appreciate David, it was the fact I never felt any pressure to purchase. In fact the whole experience felt like buying a car from a freind or neighbor. Then the nice and wonderful surprise was the rewards program exclusive to Lou Fusz where they ay for the life of your vehicle state emmisions and safety inspections, 2 free oil changes, etc I already know where my wife wil be buying her next car!!!! More
Julie was terrific to work with! She was very friendly. When I was told that I had a nail in my tire, she offered me different choices for tires. She was not pushy. I had been in contact for a couple of days with Nancy over the phone and she was always quick to get back to me and very helpfull with the information I needed. The only day that my wife and I could both over the phone and she was always quick to get back to me and very helpfull with the information I needed. The only day that my wife and I could both come in to pick out a car was Nancy's anniversary. She stayed late to help us out. There were some other guys at the office that pitched in to finish us up so it was a team effort. Everyone we worked with at Lou Fusz were friendly and helpfull. More
We were really well taken care of especially considering our 2 year old was running around like a wild thing.
