My husband and I came to the Lou Fusz dealership disappointed, because a car we wanted to purchase in IL was promised to another customer. Ms. Schubert chose to stay at the dealership after hours to wait until we made it to their dealership to test drive cars. She gave me her cell phone number so we could communicate regularly in reference to the kind of car we desired. When we did not find a car that met our needs, Nancy connected us with the buyer/manager of the dealership. The car "buyer" assured us that he would find (via auction) the car we wanted. Two weeks after that promise, we purchased a beautiful 2008 Avalon limited with minimal mileage that drove like new! We can't thank Nancy and the team at Lou Fusz Toyota enough for their patience, expertise, and customer attention. We have never experienced this kind of customer service in our 27 years of car purchases! More

I felt like he was always on my side when dealing with the lenders and he really went to bat for me and came back with exactly what I was looking for in financing. In addition to that the dealership gave me much more for my trade than I was expecting. I really cant say enough about Mark Kleve and Lou Fusz Toyota. The icing on the cake is that I LOVE my new car. It is exactly what I was looking for. I have already told friends about this experience and will be back to Lou Fusz for my next car. They totally took what most people believe to be an awful experience and made it great. More

Last Saturday my wife and I visited Lou Fusz Toyota and Todd Albrecht went with us for a test drive of a 2010 Prius. We also went across the street to look at three used Prius cars. The next week I went back armed with pricing information from Edmunds.com about the dealer invoice price and MSRP and came to an agreement with Todd and management to buy a new 2010 Prius at a fair price less than the MSRP with a good trade-in for my wife s 13 year old Mazda. When I went in a few days later to conclude the sale I asked that the Prius backup warning buzzer be changed in its factory setting to a single beep instead of constant beeping during operation in Reverse, and the service department was able to get it done while I waited for about 15 minutes. The car is running great and my wife and I are both learning to handle the Prius controls. The car came with two years of oil changes and service, and with oil changes being 10,000 miles apart and regular service intervals being 5000 miles we probably won't see the dealer more than once or twice a year. Lou Fusz Toyota continues to be the best car dealership in every category. Terry Oliver was a great salesman - very knowlegeable, but not high pressure.
