I really had a great experience at Lou Fusz, and especially Mike Kleve who was my salesperson. He was super nice, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. Never did it seem like he was just there to make a deal with you. I couldn't have been happier. In fact, my parents had went car shopping with me because they were looking at cars as well and ended up buying from Mark too. I know they were as happy with him as I was. I would encourage anyone who visits Lou Fusz Toyota to ask for Mark. Also, I was looking and both new and used cars and he was able to help me with both. More
If you are looking to possibly purchase a new Toyota, be sure and ask for Terry. I have not bought a new car in 15 years and Terry helped me through the entire sales process (which by the way was hassle-fr sure and ask for Terry. Terry was professional yet friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, not at all pushy. Even though I wasn't sure whether I would buy a car, he gave me his complete attention the entire time and was not in a hurry. He answered all my questions and then some. He ran the cost numbers in several different scenarios for me because I am a "numbers" person and like to know what my options are before making a decision. Shopping for cars is not my favorite thing to do, but because of his honest interest in me as a PERSON (not necessarily a SALE), it was a pleasant and easy-going experience. Terry asked what I was looking for in a car and did not try to sell me a lot of unnecessary add-ons (how amazing is that??). Before I left in my new car, he gave me a full and detailed description of how everything worked which I really appreciated. I would recommend Lou Fusz to anyone looking for a new car. More

I purchased my second vehicle within 4 months from Lou Fusz. I returned for the second one because Jim Donohue was so good to work with. He does not play games and worked with me. The experience as a whole was phenomenal. We had dealt with Terry at Newbold, and after a series of miss-dealings with their maintenance and management staff; we vowed never to take our business there. We live in Illinois and my husband knew exactly what Tacoma he wanted. After exhausting himself trying to deal with our local dealerships we stopped at Lou Fusz on our way home from vacation. I drove to this dealership from Columbia on a Monday night to look at a car I found online. I had sold my current vehicle outright and just needed to find my perfect car. I called ahead and talked to Jim and told him what time I would be arriving. Within minutes of arriving, I was in the car driving it. No sit downs to talk about what kind of payment I wanted, what my trade was, how much I could afford, etc. This was so refreshing. The 3 other dealerships I had been dealing with wanted to sit around and talk "payments" instead of getting me in the car. I even had one salesman in Columbia texting and phoning me on Saturday night and Sunday morning - not ok. Being a single female, I usually feel intimidated going into a car dealership. Not here. They were absolutely great. I was supposed to go look at another car at a competing dealership afterwards, and they made it clear that they wanted my business and would do whatever it took to make the deal with me, which actually worked out great because I was wanting to get it over with so I could drive back home. We didn't even discuss financing until the deal was made, which was not the case at the other dealers - they wanted me to get locked in with their financing first before I even found a car that I liked. I will defiitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Our experience was wonderful at Lou Fusz. Nancy was very helpful and was able to sell us a car that was right for us and in our price range. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, at home and helpful and was able to sell us a car that was right for us and in our price range. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, at home and part of the family. She was very knowledgeable of the cars she was selling as well. We later returned for our floor and trunk mats that we ordered, as well as blue tooth installation. There was a little confusion about the blue tooth, but it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Also, for some reason the trunk mat did not get ordered with the floor mats, so we have to make a return trip. For these reasons, I have rated customer service at a good versus great rating. Finally, we did not get key fob entry for our car and were not of the prior understanding that this was not an automatic option in today's car market. This was a bit disappointing to us as we will now have to pay to add them. This has not lowered our rating, but is certainly a consideration for future. More
