I attempted to use the online chat to check availability on a vehicle listed on the Lou Fusz Toyota website and received one word answers from Chad....way to be a Chad, Chad. "Is the Rav4 Prime listed on yo on a vehicle listed on the Lou Fusz Toyota website and received one word answers from Chad....way to be a Chad, Chad. "Is the Rav4 Prime listed on your site available for a test drive?" "No"....."So the listing is an error?" "yes" End of Chat by dealership I thought I would have better luck by calling and speaking with someone less Chad-like ....however Jeremy was also a Chad. Same questions but with the answer Jeremy - It's sold Me - ok, is there something comparable? I am aware of shortages and would just like to test drive something similar before ordering. Maybe the hybrid version that's listed? Jeremy - It's sold too. Me - so there are zero Rav4's of any kind on the lot to test drive? Jeremy - no we have some, but there aren't any Primes or hybrids. We would have to order one. I can take your number if we get one of those in. Me - you know what, nevermind. I will go with another dealership If I could give zero stars I would. I've purchased over 10 cars and a great sales tactic is offering to assist the customer. If they want a test drive on something like a Rav4 it's not for performance.....it's for the basic interior fit. The difference from between the models is negligible and a test drive on a base model would give the customer an idea of whether or not it would work. I cannot wait until car salesmen like this are no longer part of the process. Also cannot wait to share this charming experience with anyone I know that is interested in buying a vehicle! More

This was my first car buying expierience. Having read so many articles online on how dealers use tricks on customers, I was a bit tensed to how my car buying process will go through. Josh is the exact person, first time buyers like me need to calm our nerves. Josh was very easy to work with and kept me updated during all the stages of transportation of my Corolla Hybrid from Japan to USA. Of all the dealers I reached out to, Lou Fusz Toyota was the only one offering me a new car without any extra market adjustment markups. Josh also got me approved lowest APR of 1.75% from Toyota Finance. Lou Fusz brand is really looking out for the customers in this unusual times. I am going to recommend all my friends to get their car from Lou Fusz dealer irrespective of the vehicle brand they want to choose. Lou Fusz are straight forward. They do not try to sell you any gimmick bundles which aren’t necessary. I am going to recommend all my friends to get their car from Lou Fusz dealer irrespective of the vehicle brand they want to choose.
