The day I got the word from my insurance company that my car was deemed 'totaled' I made an appointment immediately with Jim Donohue (a friend had recommended Jim). I needed to get something quickly and wa car was deemed 'totaled' I made an appointment immediately with Jim Donohue (a friend had recommended Jim). I needed to get something quickly and was still quite shaken from the hit&run rear-end collision. Jim was very patient, answered all my questions and even calmed me down at one point by simply saying "just breathe." Knowing new cars were not readily available and preowned were in short supply added stress to this situation, Jim asked me a few questions and then was able to quickly guide me to several available vehicles. My 'broken' car was a Toyota Corolla and I had thought I wanted something like that again; Jim showed me a RAV4 and I took a test drive. It was perfect so we moved forward with the purchase. Jim even made the call for me to have the rental car picked up there at Lou Fusz! I had arrived at Lou Fusz discombobulated and left a happy, calmed down customer. Jim Donohue was perfect. Unlike the 'car salesman' jokes people make I would sayJim Donohue was more of a 'car whisperer.' :) More
