Excellent service!!! I received a flyer in the mail for this dealership and I had never been here before so I decided to visit because I needed an oil change and my tires I received a flyer in the mail for this dealership and I had never been here before so I decided to visit because I needed an oil change and my tires rotated. I didn't realize that this dealership is just as close to my house as the one I usually visit. I made an easy online appointment for that day. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted. The service rep told me it would be 45 minutes (in my head I'm thinking, yeah right! I usually wait 1 1/2 hours). He was right, it was finished in 45 minutes! He explained everything to me and explained that I would need some new tires soon. My car was washed (I typically have to pull it around myself and wait in line for a car wash - if it is even working). I was absolutely impressed with the service as a whole (price, time it took to complete, and friendliness). I will be back!!!! I don't mean to sound negative about my previous dealership, but this one far surprised my expectations! More

You really shouldn't require a minimum 25 word essay when asking someone to fill out a service review.. what can I say?... this is the 3rd time that my air conditioner has died in my less than 3 year old car asking someone to fill out a service review.. what can I say?... this is the 3rd time that my air conditioner has died in my less than 3 year old car.
