I am aware you did not purchase your 2018 Kia Sportage from us, but, from a Kia dealership in Virginia. We are currently helping you with a mechanical issue you are intermittently experiencing. Dan Foisy, Service Manager, said when he test drove your vehicle he found no problems or issues. He told you the issue would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We were just not able to locate any problems at this time. I am the Vice President of Client Relations and also Mike Murphy's wife. I was here throughout your visit today. If you were there I did not see you in Mr Wilkinson office where it all started but I did see in your office in the rear ,near the service department on the phone if you are Customer relations you should have stepped in and handled the issue and it possibly wouldn’t have gone thus far , There’s no excuse for a so called manager to be So unprofessional disrespectful and rude to anyone, he doesn’t deserve the title
