Lou Sobh won my business for one simple reason. ..they answer their phone! Other dealerships route your calls through an endless labyrinth of 'Press 1 for this', and 'Press 9 for that', only to end ..they answer their phone! Other dealerships route your calls through an endless labyrinth of 'Press 1 for this', and 'Press 9 for that', only to end up having to leave a voicemail...all while I'm sitting on the side of the road with a tow truck driver who won't take my car anywhere where there's no one who will commit to accepting it. When I call Lou Sobh, someone will answer the phone and they're more than happy to talk to the tow truck driver to say 'Yes! Bring it! We're here!' More

'New employee' overfilled the oil, and when she drove away, the car looked like a forest fire 50 yards after exiting. Gotta say, can't think of anything else that could have possibly gone wrong. But through all of that, the folks working there were kind, professional, and helpful. Miguel Rivera stood out like the calm in the storm. Everything 'wrong' that happened was taken care of immediately, professionally, and kindly. We would definitely bring the car back, recommend the place to others, and when it comes time, shop at Lou Sobh for a new one. If a sequence of events THAT BAD can be made as GOOD as it was, I look forward to being there when the bugs get worked out, and things go RIGHT. More
