Noone wants to spend hours in a dealership waiting for their paperwork and then wait on the "finance manager", etc. My salesman Bob Wright started out by answering all my questions over the phone or by text. He was able to provide me with a written buyer's order via email. Then he set an appointment time for pickup. When I arrived the car was in the pickup area ready to go, detailed and full of fuel. What was nice, was Bob handled "All" of the paperwork and that is a rarity in buying a car. No pushy sales gimmick for extended warranty and accessories. He explained what was available and here it is if you want it. I like that. It's easy to see why Louisburg Ford is a shining star for Ford.
