Great Car Buying Experience I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler on 23 July, 2015. The entire experience was hassle free. I originally had come in on July 4 and ordered a Jeep Rene I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler on 23 July, 2015. The entire experience was hassle free. I originally had come in on July 4 and ordered a Jeep Renegade. I dealt with Damien Phillips as my Salesperson and Dave Richie was the manager who found the vehicle for me and was working on getting it shipped in. During that visit, I was impressed by both people. Mr. Phillips was patient as I looked at several different vehicles and finally selected the Renegade, while Mr. Richie was the first person out of a few dealerships who actually found the exact vehicle I wanted. During the next two weeks, both Mr. Phillips and Mr. Richie kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. After the vehicle was delayed, I went into the dealership on 23 July in order to test drive a Renegade and a Wrangler to complete my buying research. The Salesperson I had, Chris Kerfoot, was very kind and patient as well while we drove the vehicles and even looked at a Cherokee. As I was mulling over my decision to wait on the Renegade or go with a Wrangler, I spoke to Jeremiah Six, the General Sales Manager, and he and Mr. Richie continued to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. I eventually decided on the Jeep Wrangler and dealt with Duncan Riddle to go over the financing piece. He was fantastic and the process was quick and painless. The end result, I walked out of the dealership in a good mood with a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Sam Swope Jeep to anyone looking to buy a car. In dealing with past car purchases in other cities and dealerships, I've dealt with pushy staff who were high pressured to make a sale and I had no issues with walking out of a dealership in the middle of the process. I did not feel this attitude during either visit I made. Instead, I found everyone from the Sales people to the management friendly, courteous, patient, and there to answer questions. Buying a car often feels adversarial and stressful and I did not feel this way. I appreciate that everyone I dealt with spoke with honesty and candor in addressing all of my questions. This experience is how buying a car should be. More

I was hesitant to look for a car because I hate the idea of being pressured, but to my surprise I My experience was perfection from beginning to end. And Jessica was the perfect match for me, as far as a sales person that was extremely knowledgeable, after she first entirely listened and took in my wants and needs. Someone that listens is extremely important obviously. She let me test drive the vehicle..and let me drive all of the way across town to visit my husband, as he had to work that day and couldn't come with me for this important decision. She shared in the excitement of the prospect of purchasing a new vehicle with me. The experience felt as if I had a good, honest and true friend that just so happened to sell cars and had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend jessica. She is very professional but also speaks in a language that is easy to understand and comfortable for the average consumer, like myself. Every sales person should be like her and could learn some things from her in my opinion! More
