The demo was great; Mark Mason was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of showing me how to operate the soft top. (I've never owned a Jeep so I was pretty apprehensive about doing that on my own.) The negotiation was simple. They gave me a great price on my trade and the purchase was seamless. When I went to finance, everything was already prepared. (I don't have much spare time so I pre-scheduled the appt for paperwork which made it very easy to get in and out quickly.) I bought the Xzilon paint protectant. The guy who cleaned my car and applied it, (can't remember his name) was so nice. He did a great job and I felt like he took care of my Jeep like it was his own. I've gone back to buy the Jeep seat covers. Those really fit well and protect my seats from dog hair and stains. Overall, a FABULOUS experience and I'd highly recommend this store & this staff to anyone in the market for a vehicle!! More
