I didn't find that approach here and it was refreshing. I was offered a fair price for my trade based on my prior research on KBB. Greg presented the deal with all the numbers laid out with a final price before we even talked about financing. I knew where stood going in. I was able to find a better finance rate on my own but with a small deposit the truck was held until I got my check from USAA. Worst experience ever I am not sure how this car lot gets such good reviews unless they are writing their own reviews. They only filled the gas tank up half way on the car I am not sure how this car lot gets such good reviews unless they are writing their own reviews. They only filled the gas tank up half way on the car I purchased. Then it took them 23 days to pay off my trade in which caused problems with my bank and probably my credit score. Now 6 weeks after buying it they are telling me they need me to get my car inspected because the title was out of state. So I guesss they didn't own the car when I bought it. STAY AWAY from these people. More

He worked with me on customizing, getting the payment right, and helping me swap out the cars so I didn't have to truck my wife and kids all around. He was very accommodating to my needs, which made for one of the smoothest car purchases I have ever encountered. I'm in love with the vehicle, and so is my family.
