I bought a used car, carfax showed no accidents but driver rear end corner bumper was damaged a I worked with Harold and Doc, the salesmen were fine. I bought a used car, carfax showed no accidents but driver rear end corner bumper was damaged and separated from body of SUV. I wasn't told about the damage and missed it when looking at the vehicle. Also, there were dirty fingerprints on the interior roof lining, dried food and soda along the sides of front and back passenger side of car. They also charged for permaplate, which obviously was not done. Overall, transparency needs to be greatlyimproved. Get promises in writing first and have all prices and fees on paper before working on the financing. I can only say buyer beware! UPDATE: Currently this dishonest dealership has not renewed my temporary plates. I've called 3 times and they've made promises and broke them each time. I've been told by the finance guy Cory not to worry no police will stop me for expired plates. I don't know how that statement justifies their lack of professionalism. They do not stand behind anything they say. There are so many dealers who want your business and are willing to provide customer service. Go elsewhere! More
