This has got to be one of the best car purchases of them all. I found the exact used car I was looking for, with all the options I needed. I live 300 miles from the dealership in the Chicagoland area. I called Megan and let her know straight forward what price I was willing to pay, and what finance rate I needed to be under to make the deal. Megan made sure I was happy with the car, first by sending me 10 pictures of the car on different angles. Second, she sent me a complete clean vehicle report. Third, she was able to guarantee me a finance rate lower than what I had anticipated. I drove 300 miles to Louisville, and there were NO last minute surprises with fees in the contract. The car looked better in person, than in the pictures. I would highly recommend Megan for any of your car purchases. She is a straight shooter, and wont promise you anything she can't deliver. More

Happy with my purchase of Infiniti QX80 I visited Infiniti, BMW, Jaguar, Audi, Mercedes as well as Land Rover and checked out their similar class vehicles. I spoke to each of their representatives and kicked the tires. Far and away, the best shopping experience was actually the first place I visited, and that was to Louisville Infiniti. My sales representative, Natalie, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I especially appreciated how during our test drives together she adeptly pointed out each of the features on the vehicles. In comparison, my other visits typically required prodding or direct inquiries to even obtain the most basic information on the cars. Not sure if it was arrogance, ineptitude, or just indifference but nonetheless, those attitudes certainly didn’t help. I eventually made the decision to seek out a certified, used QX-80. I then began comparison shopping on-line and evaluated dozens of SUVs. Natalie and Louisville Infiniti were great and even helped me in compare several outside options I found on other vehicles. At the end of the day, it was just hard to beat the overall value I found at Louisville Infiniti. Very happy with my buying decision! More

Plus my car is new and clean and has so many crazy features that make my life 1000 times easier. All I needed was reliability but I got that AND a bose soundbar, backup/surround camera, bluetooth and navigation in the same budget I originally expected. They've been so helpful going over every part of the cars history and how the features work. They made sure I got the best interest rate and payments set up from the jump.
