Pre-negotiated CPO I communicated with the dealership online for a certified pre-owned vehicle and agreed on a price that was slightly better than other dealerships in I communicated with the dealership online for a certified pre-owned vehicle and agreed on a price that was slightly better than other dealerships in the area. Two days later I stopped in and DJ was available to help us test drive and inspect the vehicle. He answered all of our questions and helped us understand the technology in the vehicle better. We did not feel rushed and he was very down to earth and easy to talk to. There was a misunderstanding in the agree upon price but DJ was able to fix the misunderstanding in such a way that everyone was happy. The car detailing took longer than I was expecting, but that had nothing to do with DJ - he kept checking on the status of the vehicle for us. Was definitely a pleasure to work with! More
