Oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 10:30am for oil change and tire rotation. It took one hour and 45 minutes. I just don’t understand why it takes so long. I make appointments so that I can reduce my waiting time.. I asked why it took so long and the response was we are busy. I have purchased two new cars from this dealer and will be in the market again this year. I was disappointed with the length of time it took to complete this service request. More

“Tire”d of screws! Once again I had a screw in my tire but it couldn’t be fixed this time. It was explained to me that 2 tires would be needed and why. I asked if I should just get 4 tires and the service rep said it wasn’t necessary at that point but she offered a deal on 4 tires that I couldn’t pass up. I was assured I would love the tires (and there’s a 1 year road hazard provision on them). Truthfully the new tires improved the ride and handling of my car. I feel like I have a new car! More

replaced the air in my tires with nitrogen I took it in for a nitrogen fill. After seeing how many times I was high or low and had to adjust my tire pressure I figured I got played. So I called I took it in for a nitrogen fill. After seeing how many times I was high or low and had to adjust my tire pressure I figured I got played. So I called the general Manager. He told me the same thing goes on when they get their new cars they do the nitrogen. In the cooler mornings he said they would have a lot of cars with the pressures to low. To me this means his vender where he buys the nitrogen is playing him. Nitrogen is not supposed to be affected by temperature changes. Because nitrogen is dry the moisture is absent. If for no other reason they should be doing something to see that the general public who uses their services would not be subject to such potentially dangerous service which could easily result in injury or worse.
