Above what’s expected...as usual I came in for my routine maintenance for my 2016 CR-V. As always, I’m greeted before I get out of the car-with genuine smiles. As I’m getting checked in, my car is being prepped to go back-plastic cover OVER the seat as well as the floor covers. (Above) I’ve done customer service all my career...they do it right.
