Our sales associate, Roger Bailey, was terrific- he is concientious, friendly, and made We bought a beautiful 2011 Honda CR-V Exl from Love Honda. Our sales associate, Roger Bailey, was terrific- he is concientious, friendly, and made sure we were completely happy before we left the dealership. Jessie contacted us initially online and then by phone to confirm our price and had everything ready - she was great. Karen handled all of the paperwork, got our tag transferred and made the actual sale easy. Like Roger and Jessie, she was friendly and courteous. The detail staff did a nice last- minute touch up on the hood of the car and buffed out a slight blemish - again, excellent service! Thank you to Love Honda for having such a fine dealership! Fast ,expert service Stopped in(No appointment) because my Tire monitor would go off about every 20 or so mile. I talked to Rob.
