I booked the car with the promise that it was on the truck and on its way to Love Honda and it would be delivered within two days, and actually, they withdrew the money from my bank account within two days. Today is day 7, and they keep on saying the truck delivery was delayed. We need the car urgently, and we are calling them every day with the same excuse that the truck was delayed. It is obvious that they have been lying to me from the beginning. This is terrible business!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. More

i have previously only taken my 2007 honda accord to walmart for oil changes cause theyre cheap. i went to love honda for my first time because i had 2 recalls to be handled and also had my first oil ch walmart for oil changes cause theyre cheap. i went to love honda for my first time because i had 2 recalls to be handled and also had my first oil change done there. admittedly i was very overdue for an oil change, but after my car felt better than it ever has. Ed helped me at the desk and i want to say…. give the man a raise. he has some of the best customer service i have ever seen. he explained to me a leak in my power steering pump (i knew i had a leak somewhere but had not been able to get it diagnosed yet) and informed me that they had replaced the drain bolt, and gave me the old one (not sure why i would need it but i appreciated them saving it incase i did). thank you love honda for your fantastic service!
